Tribal Trading and Services Company provides janitorial services for the Robert S. Kerr Powerhouse located 8 miles south of Sallisaw in LeFlore County, Oklahoma. The contract includes a mixture of daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning tasks to include but not limited too: general removal of dust and grime, wet mopping, waxing, steam cleaning, buffing, and power washing.
The contract consists of a base and four option periods. The period of performance is from June 2018 to May 2023.

VETERANS AFFAIRS FORT SMITH NATIONAL CEMETERY
Tribal Trading and Services Company provided all labor, project management, and oversite for the trimming and pruning of 42 large trees (over 40 feet in height) and eight medium trees (40 feet and under in height) according to government specifications which included tree removal, pruning, trimming, stump removal, cabling, cavity repair, root pruning, and the removal and disposal of resulting waste and debris.
The National Cemetery Administration honors Veterans with a final resting place and lasting memorials that commemorate their service to our Nation. National cemeteries are National Shrines. The standards of maintenance, appearance and operational procedures performed at these cemeteries reflects this Nation’s concern for those interred there. For this reason, the Tribal Trading and Services Company’s strict adherence to the specifications was required and essential.

MEKUSUKEY MISSION LAND CLEARING
Tribal Trading and Services Company provided all necessary manpower, supplies, materials, and equipment to perform machine thinning and machine piling of all Eastern Red Cedar (ERC) within a 104 acre project boundary on the Mekusukey Mission near Seminole, Oklahoma. The objective was to clear/rid an identified tract of ERC by thinning and piling within a delineated project boundary. Piling was completed in such a way that facilitated burning at project completion. All stumps were cut within 2-inches of ground level with no splintering.
The project was completed in September 2016.

VA EASTERN COLORADO HEALTHCARE SYSTEM
Tribal Trading and Services Company provided low voltage cabling installation services to include fiber distribution and horizontal Category (CAT) 6 cabling to support the Patient Interactive Education/Entertainment System (PIES).
In addition, Trade Tribal provided infrastructure to support the installation of the DirecTV headend to include a satellite dish mast installed on the roof along with conduit from the mast location to the Server Room.

EAGLE LAKE FIELDS MASTICATION
Tribal Trading and Services Company is providing all necessary manpower, supplies, materials, and equipment to perform the mastication of all bursh, salings, and tress between 1/4 of an inch and 12" diameter at breast height (dbH) for 46 acres of land at the Eagle Lake Fields area of the Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge.
The project was completed in September of 2019.
